A market open 24/7
Crypto assets trade every hour of every day, including weekends and holidays. That gives more chances to act, and more chances for prices to move while you are not looking.

Digital assets with prices that rise and fall with supply and demand.
A cryptocurrency is a digital asset that exists as an entry on a blockchain, which is a shared record kept by many computers at once. Because the record is distributed, no single bank or company controls it. You hold an asset through a wallet or an exchange account, and you move it by authorising a transaction with a secret key.
Prices are set in the market, like those of shares or foreign currency. When buyers outnumber sellers, a price tends to rise, and when sellers outnumber buyers, it tends to fall. Some assets have a limited supply by design, but scarcity does not guarantee a rising price, and a price can fall to nothing.
People use crypto assets for different reasons: as a long-term holding, as a way to trade short-term price moves, or simply out of curiosity. Each use carries different risks, so it helps to know your own reason before you choose a strategy. Your account manager will ask you about it on the first call, and will not try to steer you towards more risk than you want.

Four reasons come up again and again. Each comes with a caveat, and we state it.
Crypto assets trade every hour of every day, including weekends and holidays. That gives more chances to act, and more chances for prices to move while you are not looking.
The largest assets see heavy trading, which usually means orders fill smoothly. Smaller assets can be thinly traded, and it is harder to sell them at a fair price.
Some investors add crypto assets to spread their money across more kinds of asset. They tend to move together in a sell-off, so it is not a shield against loss.
A machine can read far more data than a person can. It can help you see what is happening, but it cannot tell you what will happen.
Confirmed assets only, shown with their market tickers.
Availability depends on the exchange you connect and can change. Your account manager confirms the current list during your first call.
| Asset | Ticker | Market pair followed |
|---|---|---|
| Bitcoin | BTC | BTC / USDT |
| Ether | ETH | ETH / USDT |
| Solana | SOL | SOL / USDT |
| XRP | XRP | XRP / USDT |
| Cardano | ADA | ADA / USDT |
Some are shared with every market. These are the ones that stand out here.

The market runs 24 hours. You do not have to.
While you sleep, the engine keeps reading prices, volumes and volatility. If conditions stay within your limits, it carries on according to your strategy. If markets become extremely unstable, it can pause new orders and send you an alert, so that you wake up to a message and not to a surprise.
In the morning, you open the overview, read the short summary of what happened overnight and look at any alert that needs a decision. If something is unclear, a call to your manager takes minutes. The rest of your day is yours.
At the end of the week, the report lists every action the system took, why it took it and what it cost, so that you can judge for yourself whether the strategy suits you.
Five things it reads, continuously.
Current and recent prices of each asset, tick by tick.
How much is being traded, which shows how much conviction sits behind a move.
How wide the swings are right now compared with normal.
Short-term direction, from minutes to days, and when it appears to turn.
How each asset behaves relative to the others and to the wider market.
Each reading is compared with how the same asset behaved in similar conditions in the past, and with how the other tracked assets are behaving now, so that a move which is only noise can be told apart from one that looks like the start of something. These readings feed a probability-based model that estimates how likely different outcomes are in the current setting. The result is a signal or an alert, with the reason attached. It is information to act on or to ignore, and not a prediction.
Beginners who want to follow the crypto market without learning to read charts, and who value being able to phone a person. Experienced users who already follow crypto and want a tireless second pair of eyes watching more assets than they can. Anyone who would like to use technology to track the market more easily.
Crypto assets are among the more volatile things you can hold. If you could not cope with seeing the value of your account fall by half in a short time, or if you may need the money soon, this is probably not for you.
Four steps, and your account manager is with you for each one.
Fill in the form at the top of this page. It takes about two minutes.
Verify your identity, secure your account with two-factor sign-in and connect your exchange by API.
Look at the dashboard, the reports and the alerts. Pick your assets and your strategy.
Review results, change settings, pause or resume, and fund or withdraw as you need.
Past market behaviour does not predict future behaviour. Crypto assets can lose value quickly and are generally not covered by CDIC or CIPF.
It is a digital asset recorded on a shared database called a blockchain, with a price set by supply and demand rather than by a central bank. Crypto assets are volatile, and you can lose some or all of the money you put in.
A blockchain is a shared record of transactions kept in sync by many computers. You do not need to understand the technology to use the platform, but the Crypto basics page explains it simply if you are curious.
The engine follows Bitcoin (BTC), Ether (ETH), Solana (SOL), XRP (XRP) and Cardano (ADA), subject to what is available on the exchange you connect. Your account manager confirms the current list on your first call.
You can have the engine monitor your chosen assets, receive reports and alerts, run a ready-made or custom strategy through your connected exchange and pause or change it at any time. Every action is recorded in your audit log.
Withdrawals of cash are made to the method you funded with: Interac e-Transfer and PayPal within 24 hours, cards in 1–5 business days and wires in 1–3. Assets on your exchange are withdrawn with that exchange, which is why we advise keeping withdrawal rights off your API key.
You do not need to own crypto before you register. Your account manager explains how funding works and, if you want the platform to trade on an exchange, how to open and connect that exchange account safely. Nothing is traded until you have chosen a strategy and funded the account.
Your personal account manager is available for callbacks 24/7, and the support team at [email protected] usually replies within one business hour. If you suspect unauthorised access, ask for an urgent callback.
Register, take the call and look around your own dashboard before you decide anything about depositing.
