Frequently asked questions

Short, direct answers to what new users ask us most: getting started, fees and results, how the platform works, risk, security and support.

If your question is not here, ask your account manager or write to [email protected].

01General use

How do I register?

Fill in the short form with your name, email and mobile number and press Create Free Account. It takes about two minutes. You land on the platform at once and your account manager calls you, usually within 24 hours.

What do I need to start?

You need an email address you check, a mobile phone, and photo ID for verification before your first withdrawal. If you want the platform to trade crypto assets, you also need an account with a crypto exchange in your own name. The minimum starting capital is $250.

Do I need trading experience?

No. The platform is designed so a beginner can use it, and your account manager helps with setup. Not needing experience does not mean there is no risk, and you can lose money whatever your background.

Can I use it on my phone?

Yes. The website and dashboard work in a mobile browser, and you can read reports, pause a strategy and receive alerts from your phone. Your account manager can help you set up notifications.

02Fees and results

What does it cost?

There is no monthly platform fee and no fee to open or maintain an account. Trading commission is up to 0.58% per transaction, currency conversion up to 1.50%, and the Forex spread starts from 0.8. Every applicable fee is shown before you confirm a transaction.

Where can I see all the fees?

On the Fees and pricing page, which has the three plans compared and every cost in tables. Third-party costs, such as a payment provider or network fee, are explained there as well.

Is profit guaranteed?

No. Nobody can guarantee profit from trading. Results depend on market conditions and your settings, and you can lose some or all of the capital you commit. The calculator and client reviews on this site are illustrations and personal experiences, not predictions.

03Features and using the platform

What does the platform actually do?

It watches markets around the clock, looks for patterns and short-term trends using probability-based analysis, and places trades according to the strategy you choose. It also produces reports and alerts so you can see what happened and why.

Can I change the settings myself?

Yes. You can start with a ready-made strategy or adjust settings such as the amount per trade and the level at which trading pauses. Your account manager can walk through the options with you, and the audit log records every change.

Can I pick which features I use?

Yes. Alerts, reports and strategies are modular, so you can switch features on or off, and you can pause a strategy whenever you like. A pause applies to new orders straight away.

How will I know what is happening in my account?

The dashboard shows your balance, today's activity and the status of every strategy. You can add email or push alerts for executed orders, pauses and unusual events.

04Risks

Can I lose money?

Yes. Markets can move against you quickly, and automation does not change that. Read the risk disclosure before depositing, and use only money you can afford to lose.

What does volatility protection do?

When markets become extremely unstable, the platform can pause new trading. This can limit some kinds of damage, but it does not eliminate losses and it does not protect your capital.

Is my money covered by CDIC or CIPF?

Cash deposits with a member institution may be eligible for CDIC coverage, and eligible securities held by a member dealer may be covered by CIPF, subject to their rules. Crypto and other digital assets are generally not covered.

05Security and account

How is my account protected?

Two-factor sign-in is mandatory, data is encrypted in storage and in transit, new-device alerts warn you of unusual logins, and you can end any session from your dashboard. The Security page explains all nine safeguards.

Where is my money held?

Your funds stay in accounts in your own name, with your bank, card or wallet provider and with the exchange you connect. The platform acts through an API key that you control, and we advise never giving that key withdrawal permission.

What if I lose my phone or my 2FA codes?

Use your backup codes if you saved them. If not, contact support and complete an identity check, which may include a selfie. Recovery is deliberately strict so nobody else can take over your account.

06Help and support

How do I contact support?

Email [email protected] or ask your account manager for a callback. Callbacks are available 24/7, and email replies usually come within one business hour.

What if I set something up wrongly?

Pause the strategy first, then call your manager. The audit log shows what changed, so the two of you can undo it safely.

What if I do not understand a report or a term?

Ask. Your account manager will explain it in plain language, and the Crypto basics and Getting started pages cover common terms.

How do I make a complaint?

Email us with the word Complaint in the subject. We acknowledge it within two business days and send a final response, normally within 30 days. The Complaints page has the full process.
